Cancellation policy
As a renter, you can always cancel your booking before arrival with a written notification of cancellation. The date the owner receives the cancellation is the notification date. The cancellation fee is as follows per residential unit:
for cancellation up to 60 days before arrival 30% of the rental price
for cancellations from 59 to 30 days before arrival, 90% of the rental price
for cancellations from 29 to 0 days before arrival, 100% of the rental fee

The holiday home is an ideal base for excursions into the Piedmont region: After a 30-minute drive through the vineyards, you're in Acqui Terme (known for its thermal baths and the charming old town), Alba or Asti.
The sea, with the lovely villages of Camogli or Portofin is a good hour away.
Getting there
Leave the motorway in Alessandria Sud (south) and continue towards Acqui Terme. After 10 km, turn right towards Mombaruzzo and follow the road for 5 km.
