Our cozy holiday home is located in the "Strandslag" bungalow park in Julianadorp aan Zee, just 350 m from one of the most beautiful North Sea beaches.
The holiday home offers all the comforts such as satellite TV, CD player with hi-fi system, fully equipped kitchen.
The house has a large living-dining area with integrated kitchenette, 1 large bedroom with a double bed and folding built-in wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe.
The bathroom has a shower with partition, 1 sink, 1 laundry dresser, a separate toilet with sink.
On the approximately 300 m2 large, fenced property there is a terrace with garden furniture, wind and sun protection, a hammock, and a grill.
The living-dining area is illuminated by a glass dome, flooding the space with light.
The bench in the evening sun is the perfect spot to comfortably end the day.
The journey to the beach becomes great fun for both adults and children with the provided handcart.

From early May to the end of September, a seven-day minimum stay is required, and the changeover day should preferably be Saturday (Friday/Sunday not possible).
Energy costs for gas and electricity consumption will be billed separately after your holiday, with the meters being read digitally and calculated based on current rates.

The well-maintained holiday park is located directly behind the dunes and invites you to take a stroll with its canals and small ponds.
For the little guests, there are plenty of play options: swimming lake, soccer and basketball court, play equipment, table tennis, trampoline, and pedal karts.
Behind the dunes is one of the widest sandy beaches in North Holland, with a beach restaurant and snack bar.
Mini-golf, trampoline, bicycle and pedal kart rental, as well as a cafe-restaurant are located right in the park.

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following cancellation fees apply:
10% up to 90 days before the arrival date.
30% between the 90th and the 30th day before the arrival date.
80% between the 30th day and the arrival date.
In case of cancellation on the arrival day or later, the entire rental amount.
