The well-kept vacation home is a former stone water mill, which was lovingly furnished with beautiful antique furniture.
The apartment is on 60 m² living space and offers space for up to six people. There is a small open kitchen as well as a comfortable living room with fireplace, dining table, sofa, TV and a staircase that leads you to the sleeping area. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The two bedrooms share a shower room with WC.
You can look forward to the artistically arranged garden with a fantastic view, garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis and hammock. A small path leads to the shared pool with sunshade and deck chairs.
Vehicles can be parked behind the house and well-behaved pets may be brought along. They have a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and sink (for common use).

The Chiana Valley is characterized by orchards as well as cereal fields, olive groves and vineyards. The enchanting village of Cortona, in the middle of a beautiful landscape, is only 10 km away. Thanks to its elevated position you have a stunning view of the valley.
Excursions to the Lago di Trasimeno (24 km) or to Arezzo (38 km) are recommended.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
