This nice appartment is well located in the Domaine Les hauts des Issambres with 2 Pools from 33m and 30m lenght and 4 Tennis place.

It is forseen for 2 to 4 people, with a bedroom and 2 additionnal sleep possibility in the living room. From the livingroom, you can go direct outside on the terrace whic has a nice seaview.

We live near our appartement, 5 minutes away and will be here at your arrival and also departure, and of course if you need something, we'll be here very quickly.

Holiday destination

The appartment is well located on the small hills from Les Issambres, which allow you a nice seaview.

The domain is very nice with mediterraneen flowers and trees.

It is only 2 kms from the beach and very quiet, far from the noise of roads and agitation.

Getting there

We live just 5 Minutes away from the appart. At your arrival, you just have to phone us, and we'll come with you at the appartment. The arrival are between 14H and 18H, but if you want to come later, you just have to tell it to us.

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage, alles sehr gepflegt. 2 wunderschöne Pools, der eine Pool mit herrlicher Aussicht. zum Mittelmeeer.
Die Wohnung selber ist freundlich eingerichtet, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt.
Die Terasse ist mit Liegestühlen , Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet. Dort kann man wunderbar entspannen und hat einen tollen Blick zum Meer.
Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe. Sie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Diese Wohnung würden wir immer wieder mieten. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen.
Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Die Wohnung Arbousiers und die Domaine sind sehr gepflegt und toll angelegt.
Im Juni blüht der Oleander an der Terrasse wie auch auf der ganzen Domaine in wundervollen Farben.
Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die tollen Sonnenliegen der Terrasse laden förmlich zum Entspannen ein.
Es ist schön ruhig, und die Pools sind ein Traum.
Das Wasser ist nur dezent gechlort und die Sicht vom Pool auf das Meer ist atemberaubend.
Die Wohnung Arbousiers ist in warmen Tönen eingerichtet und eignet sich wunderbar für Selbstversorger wie auch für diejenigen die sich im Urlaub eher kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen möchten.
Es gibt viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und haben tolle Tipps (Märkte, Restaurants, Strände etc.)

Traumhafter Familienurlaub an der Cote d'Azur

Wir haben traumhafte 2 Wochen an der Cote d´Azur verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung Les Arbousiers H3 liegt in der sehr schönen, sehr gepflegten Domaine "Les Hauts des Issambres" am Hügel oberhalb des Küstenorts Les Issambres. Der Ort befindet sich zwischen Fréjus (ca. 20 Autominuten) und St. Maxime (ca. 10 Autominuten), St. Tropez befindet sich westlich ca. 30 Minuten entfernt. Die Domaine ist wunderschön terrassenförmig angelegt. Schöner Pool. Tennisplätze gut in Schuss. Die Wohnung ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es war aber alles sauber und ordentlich. Toller Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet; das Bad klein, aber sauber. Frau Wamster ist eine sehr nette, herzliche Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
