General terms and conditions for the holiday home of the family Astrid and Dr. med. Rainer Langner as landlord: 1. Our offers are non-binding. A valid contract is considered closed if the guest has paid the deposit within 5 days of receiving the booking confirmation. If this is not the case, the landlord can withdraw from the contract. 2. The rental price includes the current VAT rate of 7%. If the VAT rate is increased by law, this tax increase is borne by the tenant, unless the law provides otherwise. If the VAT rate is lowered, your rental will be recalculated with the then applicable VAT rate. 3. Handover of the rental property: The rental property will be handed over in a clean and proper condition. If there are any deficiencies at the time of delivery, the guest must notify us immediately - if this is not the case, the rental property is deemed to have been handed over free of defects. 4. Obligations of the renter: The renter or guest agrees to treat the holiday apartment including inventory with care and to report any damage caused to the landlord or his representative immediately. The renter is liable for damages caused by him or by other users. Parents are responsible for their children. Violations of the general contract and rental conditions authorize the landlord to terminate the contract without notice and without compensation. 5. Contract cancellation by the landlord: If the contracting party / tenant does not fulfill his payment obligation or does not comply with the agreed terms of contract. 6. Liability of the landlord: The landlord assumes no liability for the property of the tenant. Brochure liability or Internet liability is excluded in any form. 7. The following cancellation fees will be charged in the event of withdrawal from the contract by the renter: 75% of the deposit but at least 75 € if canceled up to 40 days before the start of the booking period; in case of cancellation 39 - 22 days before booking 50 percent of the total rental price; in case of cancellation 21 - 15 days before booking 70 percent of the total rental price; in case of cancellation 14 - 8 days before booking start 85 percent of the total rental price and in case of cancellation 7 - 1 day before the booking start 95 percent of the total rental price.
