Our house is situated on a 330qm large own grounds, very quiet but central to all the park facilities. Your car parks in a private parking lot at the house.
In a few minutes you can reach a small and cozy restaurant with sun terrace (there is also fresh bread in the morning), a miniature golf course, a large trampoline, a large playground with ping pong table, basketball hoop and football pitch. There is a bike / go-kart u. Cart rental available in the park, but you probably may not need to rent equipment as we have bicycles and a cart available for you. Check first before you rent.

Stornierung und Aufenthaltsabbruch
(1) Storniert (kündigt) der Mieter den Vertrag vor dem Mietbeginn, ohne einen Nachmieter zu benennen, der in den Vertrag zu denselben Konditionen eintritt, sind als Entschädigung unter Anrechnung der ersparten Aufwendungen die folgenden anteiligen Mieten (ausschließlich der Reinigung) zu entrichten, sofern eine anderweitige Vermietung nicht möglich ist. Erfolgt keine Kündigung und der Mieter reist nicht an gelten die gleichen Bedingungen.
Bei Kündigung
- nach erfolgter Anzahlung: 25 % des Mietpreises
- bis 49 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 35 % des Mietpreises
- bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 45 % des Mietpreises
- bis 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 55 % des Mietpreises
- bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 65 % des Mietpreises
- später als 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 90 % des Mietpreises.
Gleichwohl ist der Vermieter bemüht, das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten. Dafür steht dem Vermieter eine pauschale Gebühr für die Bearbeitung in Höhe von achtzig (80) Euro zu.
(2) Der Mieter kann jederzeit einen geringeren Schaden nachweisen.
(3) Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet.
(4) Eine Stornierung bzw. Kündigung kann nur schriftlich erfolgen. Maßgeblich ist der Tag des Zugangs der Erklärung bei dem Vermieter.
(5) Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskosten-Versicherung.
