We have built this beautiful house as it ist for our own. You have many thinks whitch make life easier. The appointments are high Quality ..... so you can feel like your home. The building ist built in 2015. At this summer we offer our house to rent.

Holiday destination

The smal village into / behind to the Wood "Reinhardswald" Shows a street of the Weserrenaissance. Near the village Gottsbüren is the Castle Sababurg. This Castle is a lengendary Story about the sleeping Beauty "Dornrößchen". In the next to the Sababurg there is a beautiful zoo and a virgin forest. This is much well worth seeing.

Getting there

Aus dem Norden kommend über Autobahn A 7 am besten in Nörten Hardenberg (Ausfahrt 71) Abfahren und ca. 45 Minuten Landstraße befahren.

Aus dem Süden kommend über Autobahn A 7 am besten in Lutterberg / Hann. Münden (Ausfahrt 76) Abfahren und ca. 30 Minuten Landstraße befahren.

Aus Westen und Osten auf der A 44 kommend an der Autobahnabfahrt 66 / Breuna Abfahren und ca. 30 Minuten über Landstraße zu uns fahren.

Erholung im Weserbergland

Ein sehr schönes Haus in dem wir uns wohl gefühlt haben . Küche war super ausgestattet, wenn was fehlt oder kaputt sein sollte wird dieses erneuert. Danke für die freundliche Begrüßung und die Bereitstellung von Sauna und Hot-tub. Wir waren 4 Tage da und sind erholt. Schöne Wanderung im Umkreis möglich. Wir würden wieder kommen für ein langes Wochenende.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus, ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Vermieter - alles sehr unkompliziert.
Das Ferienhaus, sowie der Außenbereich mit Sauna und Hot-Tube entsprachen der Beschreibung und unseren Ansprüchen.
Das gemütliche und lustige Kennenlerngespräch mit dem Vermieter werden uns gut in Erinnerung bleiben.
Sollten wir noch einmal unseren Mädelsausflug in Reinhardswald verbringen wollen, dann wird dieses Haus unserer bevorzugtes Reiseziel.

Wir haben uns auch sehr über die Gesellschaft von Elsa gefreut :-)

Viele Mängel - "Gastgeber" überfordert!

15 Uhr wir warten > telef. Nachfrage > der Verm. ist auf einer Fahrradtour! Obwohl wir das Haus inkl. zwei Wäschepak. gebucht hatten, waren die Betten nicht überzogen und Handtü. lagen ebenfalls nicht bereit. Abends erschien der Vermieter. Wir sollten aus den Schränken und div. Truhen selbst unsere Wäsche zusam.-suchen. Das Bad (oben) roch auch nach läng. Lüften immer wieder extrem. Der Wasch-beckenstöpsel war über mehrere Wo. nicht gereinigt. Die Schiebegardine im WZ hing z. T. runter (haben wir repar.). Die SAT-Fern-bedien. reagiert nur auf mehrmaliges Klopfen. Hzg. wird trotz niedr. Nachttemp. lt. Verm. erst im Okt. eingeschaltet oder man kann gegen Entgelt mit Kaminholz heizen, usw.
Der Übergabeter. wurde trotz persönl. Vereinb. nicht von Hr. W. eingehalten. Uns sieht dieses Haus nicht wieder !

Liebe Familie Seidel, es tut uns wirklich leid, dass Sie aufgrund der von Ihnen aufgezählten Belanglosigkeiten unzufrieden mit Ihrem Aufenthalt waren. Wir sind all Ihren Wünschen sofort nachgekommen und haben im Sommer bei Temperaturen von über 20 Grad die Heizung für Sie angestellt...

Das wir bei Ihrer Ankunft nicht sofort erschienen sind; sondern mit unseren Kindern zum Fahrrad fahren waren, tut uns ebenfalls sehr leid. Der Schlüssel lag für Sie bereit; und Sie konnten die Wohnung planmäßig beziehen!

Die Übergabe des Hauses um punkt 09.00 Uhr am Abreisetag (wie von Ihnen ausdrücklich gewünscht und mit meiner Frau abgesprochen) war nicht möglich, da Sie nicht mehr vor Ort waren ???!!! Ihren Zettel mit der von Ihnen erwarteten Übergabezeit von 08.45 Uhr habe ich vorgefunden, jedoch war nie von 08.45 Uhr die Rede! Es tut mir sehr leid; doch ich kann darüber wirklich nur lachen; ich kann kaum glauben, dass Sie Ihre Äußerungen wirklich ernst meinen!

Ich glaube Sie können in jedes beliebige Ferienhaus Ihrer Wahl fahren; Sie werden immer etwas zu bemängeln haben! Wie von Ihnen bereits geschrieben... unser Haus freut sich über viele wiederkehrende und neue Gäste und wird SIE in jedem Fall nicht noch mal beherbergen.
