Description

The cozy cottage offers itself to the up to five guests with comprehensive facilities, exceedingly tasteful furnishings and beautifully landscaped terrace areas. Dining room, kitchen area, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are distributed on the first floor.
The living room is accessed via an easy wooden staircase on a gallery (mezzanine). Two comfortable sofas are quickly converted into beds there for the night.

The terrace is densely planted and offers a sunny and a shady sitting area. The parking space is located a few steps from the house.

Special features

Bathing possibilities in the community swimming pool (approx. 50 meters), in the bathing lagoon (approx. 30 meters) and in the open sea (approx. 400 meters); Sunny sunbathing area; Shady seating area; Lush green terrace; Dogs are welcome free of charge!

Our leisure tips

Holiday destination

The vacation home in the residence Les Lagunes du Soleil in Gruissan-Les Ayguades is located directly on a bathing lagoon (ca.30 meters away) and about 400 meters from the fine sandy beach of the open sea.
A shared swimming pool (open from June to September) in the heart of the residence is reached after about 50 meters.
Several restaurants in different price categories and all shopping facilities (bakery, supermarket, magazines, etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the residence, plus the diverse nature (beach, water, forest, mountains) and the varied leisure activities offer the whole family Kurzweil and pure relaxation.
The harbor and old town of Gruissan with its vibrant marina, the market that takes place three times a week, the picturesque alleys, the many stores, restaurants and cafes, with cultural monuments and rich history are, located at a medium distance (about 5 km) from the vacation home, always worth a trip.
