Our holiday home Martina is located in close proximity to the beautiful sandy beach of Nieuwvliet-Bad in Park St. Pierre. You will find top living quality here where you will not miss anything. The spacious living and dining area is equipped with a beautiful leather suite that invites you to rest or watch TV, as well as a dining area that seats six people. From here, you have a beautiful view of the lovely garden area.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with TV/SAT equipment and an additional guest toilet.
The 225 sqm property (south-facing) is completely fenced.
The beach is easily accessible on foot in just a few minutes (about 300 m). The 100m wide white sandy beach stretches from Cadzand to Breskens and is one of the most beautiful beaches with the most sunshine hours in all of Holland. In Park St. Pierre, you can look forward to a large playground for the children and plenty of green space with old trees for walking. Many houses here are occupied by the owners themselves, so the complex is very individually designed and maintained. Within walking distance from the house, you'll find a bakery, a small souvenir shop, and a hotel with a restaurant and swimming pool. Next to the park is a generous equestrian facility, which among other things, offers horseback rides to the beach.
Nieuwvliet-Bad is located between Cadzand-Bad and Breskens in the beautiful Zeeland region. Shopping opportunities are available both in Breskens (10 min.) and in Sluis (15 min.), a beautiful little town that invites you to shop with its small and fine stores. In 20 minutes, you can reach the center of Knokke in Belgium. Here you will find not only all the top labels but also the best restaurants that Belgium has to offer.
Within walking distance on the beach, you will find the "Boekanier" restaurant and the "Strandgänger" restaurant. A large outdoor terrace, various dishes, and delicious waffles invite you to linger on the beautiful beach of Nieuwvliet. A large pizzeria, which is within walking distance and located at the Nieuwvliet campsite, also ensures a good mood among the little ones with an indoor playground, even in bad weather. Very good restaurants can also be found in Cadzand-Bad, Retranchement, Ijzendijke, and Sluis (within a 15 km radius).

A visit to the must-see cities of Knokke (30 km), Bruges (30 km), and Sluis (10 km) should not be missed.
From Antwerp towards Bruges Ghent, pass through the Kennedy Tunnel, take the second exit Bruges Rotterdam, then onto the N49 until the Kaprijke exit.
