The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such withdrawal, the landlord will claim compensation as follows:

Withdrawal 44 days to 33 days before the start of the rental period 30% of the rental price
Withdrawal 32 days to 22 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the rental price
Withdrawal 21 days to 12 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the rental price
Withdrawal 11 days before the start of the rental period until the start of the rental period 90% of the rental price

Wir waren über Silvester in der Unterkunft und es hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen. Bereits im Januar 2025 hatten wir uns das Haus für das kommende Silvester gesichert und uns das ganze Jahr darauf gefreut. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war über das Jahr hinweg total unkompliziert und total freundlich. Das Haus ist super, wenn man mit Hund anreisen möchte! Der Garten ist bestens eingezäunt und total schön beleuchtet. An Ausstattung mangelt es generell im Haus nicht - genug Töpfe, viel Stauraum für Klamotten, gemütliches Mobiliar - einfach schön. Es war sogar gemütlich weihnachtlich dekoriert. Wir kommen wieder!
Für alle die den Ort nicht kennen: Nieuwvliet ist eine kleine gemütliche Gemeinde mit dem tollsten Strand. Fußläufig erreicht man Cadzand und ist mit dem Auto schnell in Sluis.

Wir waren über Weihnachten dort. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Sogar weihnachtliche Dekoration war aufgestellt. Man merkt, dass die Besitzer sich sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemühen. Die strandnahe Lage macht das ganze perfekt. Es waren sehr schöne Ferien in Ihrem feinen Ferienhaus, Familie Schneider.
