The cozy Ocean View Sterflat 249 holiday apartment, suitable for up to 4 people, is located on the 10th floor of the Sterflat building and offers a great sea view!
The tastefully decorated apartment features a living room with a seating area, a dining area, and a semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and a microwave.
There are two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bedroom with two single beds is separated from the living room by a sliding partition. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.
On the spacious balcony, you can enjoy the sea air and the view of the ocean!
Parking: From March 1st to November 1st, a private garage is available for you with an entrance 2.30 m wide and 1.97 m high. During other periods, you park on the public street. During the paid parking period, you will receive a digital parking permit.
The prices for the stay duration "Week" are valid only if you arrive on a Monday or Friday. For other arrival days, please select "7 nights".
In the summer season, only "Weeks" can be booked with arrival on Friday or Saturday.

This charming holiday apartment, Ocean View Sterflat 249, is located right on the promenade of Egmond aan Zee and just a 5-minute walk from the center.
In all seasons, you can spend a lovely weekend or an entire week relaxing in Egmond aan Zee.
Here you will find extensive forests, dune and heath areas, and the most beautiful beach in the Netherlands.
Nearby are the cultural cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem, and Amsterdam.
Take the A12 from Germany towards Arnhem, Utrecht.
At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam.
After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen, and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the exit for Alkmaar/Heiloo, 3/4 around the roundabout towards Heiloo and then Egmond. Continue following the signs for Egmond aan Zee.
Then drive along the boulevard by the sea.
