This beautiful villa has been recently rebuilt and modern furnished. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms for up to 8 people, a large living area, extra TV room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a balcony with lounge furniture and a sheltered outdoor dining terrace with outdoor kitchen.
Villa Sandre is located with its own driveway below the pretty Cote d'Azur village Chateauneuf de Grasse in a unique quiet and idyllic surroundings. The village of Chateauneuf de Grasse can be easily reached on foot. Lie by the private pool within the large well-kept garden and enjoy the 'Zen' atmosphere, while the kids have fun in their own playground.

The villa is located just below the village of Chateauneuf de Grasse, 5 minutes to the lively village of Valbonne with its many restaurants, cafes and shops, 10 minutes to Mougins, 30 minutes to Cannes and the beaches. Same distance there are to Nice and to the airport.
