The interior of the house combines traditional Mallorcan style with modern decoration. It has bright rooms and unique details such as the stone wall in the dining room. From there, you have access to the fully equipped induction cooker so you can prepare a banquet if you wish. The lounge is a comfortable space for reading or watching satellite TV. In front of the kitchen is the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hoover, an iron and an ironing board. The three bedrooms all have AC and are located on the first floor, two of them have a double bed and one has two single beds. One bedroom with double bed offers an en-suite bathroom with shower. Apart from this, there is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and one with bathtub upstairs. The whole flat has underfloor heating and three fans, so that you are comfortable both in summer and in winter. The garage, located on floor -1, gives access to the house. Two cars can be parked in the garage, and there is plenty of outdoor parking on the plot.

Located in the urbanisation Son Talent, this amazing house features a private, 7.1 m x 3.5 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.9 m. Around the pool, lay back on one of the six sun loungers, refresh yourself by the exterior shower or have a tasty BBQ with your friends. The owners planted fruit trees on the plot and depending on the season, you can collect fresh lemons, oranges, plums and greengages. The house offers several terraces, great for al fresco dining. From the kitchen you have access to a chill-out terrace, ideal for a romantic get-together.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

This enchanting house is just two kilometres from the city of Manacor, famous for its pearl factory and high-quality furniture shops. There, you can go for shopping or try typical food in one of the local restaurants. The via verde, formerly an old tramway, is nowadays a popular trail for hiking and cycling.
A 20 minutes' drive takes you to the east coast with many lovely beaches. Porto Cristo is famous for its sand beach, the harbour, excellent restaurants and the famous Drach Caves. This caves will surprise you not only with its stalactites and stalagmites but also with the subterranean lake called Llac Mantel. In Cala Millor you can have a drink in one of the pubs or visit the safari-zoo, where your children will have a lot of fun. Last but not least we would like to mention a few more sand beaches: Cala Magrana, Cala Mendia, Cala Romantica, S'Ilot and Cales de Mallorca.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
