Large cozy living room, LED TV, gas fireplace, and spacious dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with all conceivable built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, 2 combination microwaves, freezer, refrigerator, and gas stove. In the basement, you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub. All bedrooms have two single beds with box spring mattresses. 3 bedrooms have a TV. In total, there are 5 toilets in the holiday home. A cot and high chair are available.
You are allowed to park 2 cars at the holiday home. The garden with furnished terrace and storage room for your electric bikes is inviting. Free Wi-Fi and digital television are available to you.

In the event of cancellation of the travel contract, each traveler must pay cancellation fees in addition to any reservation fees. The following conditions apply for cancellations of travel contracts with own travel arrangements:

*for cancellations from the 42nd day up to the 28th day before the arrival date: 60% of the total travel cost;
*for cancellations from the 28th day up to the day of arrival: 90% of the total travel cost;
*for cancellations on the day of arrival or later: the entire travel cost.
