The spacious holiday home offers space on two floors for 2-10 people plus a max. of 2 babies.
The 5 bedrooms are located on the upper floor, which can be locked off with a Kiddy Guard baby gate, so it is child-safe. There are two bedrooms with balconies (both with sea view) and 2 bedrooms with terrace access to the top terrace. This terrace is locked with a door to the steps to the pool. In the 5th bedroom there are two single beds (90x200 cm).
Every room has as an en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee pad machine, filter coffee maker, espresso, electric milk foamer, toaster, egg cooker, mixer and much more). There is also a gas grill, washing machine and dryer available.
For your children, we have two highchairs and two cots with changing tables (accessories) available to you for free.
For dogs, we have a dog bed and two bowls with mat.

You can climb and paraglide in the mountains in the hinterland. The nature reserve in the forests around Les Issambres offers lovely hiking routes. And in the port of Les Issambres there are many water sports on offer. Also on the beach at St. Aygulf/Fréjus, where you can almost always watch kite surfers.
This holiday villa is located in Les Issambres on south-facing hillside with a lovely view of the bay of St. Tropez. The distance to St. Tropez is about 30 km. Good restaurants are everywhere there.
St. Maxime and Fréjus, the neighboring villages, we recommend both for daily shopping and also for strolling and dining.
The Nice airport is 80 km to the north-east, Nice and Cannes are really worth a visit! Monaco isn't much further, 100 km.
In the event of a booking, we will send you detailed directions four weeks before arrival.
You'll see the route to Les Issambres for arrival from the airport (coming from Nice) or by car from Germany toward Luxembourg coming from Antibes.
In this travel information, we will also give you the mobile number of our house service that will take care of you during your stay and is always your contact. The house service will also hold a personal meet&greet when they give you the keys.
When arriving by car, note that you can drive two cars directly in front of the front door. There is space on the street for additional cars.

Pursuant to article 651(i) of the civil code, the tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time for a payment of reasonable damages.
The owner can charge the following flat rates for cancellation fees:
a) for cancellation up to 90 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
b) for cancellation from the 89th day to the 60th day before arrival: 50% of the
rental price
c) for cancellation from the 59th to the30th day before arrival: 75% of the
rental price
d) for cancellation from the 29th day to the 10th day before arrival: 90% of the
rental price
e) for cancellation from the 9th day before arrival and no-show: 100% of the rental price
The rental price comprises the nightly rate plus and surcharges and minus any deductions.
The tenant is authorized in the case of cancellation to find a replacement tenant, who will assume the contract with all rights and obligations. The owner has the right to deny the substitute person entering into the agreement if that person or their fellow travellers don't comply with the contractual agreement, or if the substitute person or their fellow travellers don't fulfil other conditions that are essential to the contract. If the owner accepts the replacement tenant in the contract, the aforementioned cancellation fees do not apply.
The linen package includes bed linen and 5 towels (2 normal, 2 large, 1 beach towel) for one person.
For a dog we have a dog bed (70x100 cm), two bowls and a mat.
We can provide two baby cots (60x120 cm) and highchairs (Stokke TrippTrapp) at no cost. For the baby cots there are comfortable children's mattresses and changing mats as accessories.
The tourist tax is 6,19 € per adult and night. Children are free of charge.
