The Jule holiday home is a high-end, personalised residence. The holiday home features a sauna, fireplace and free WiFi internet. And our small playground is waiting for your kids!
Of course, parking spaces are also available on our fenced area. Our house can accommodate 2-6 people over 3 storeys. The ground floor of our holiday home features a light-flooded living area, a kitchen with dining area, a utility room and a guest WC with a walk-in shower.
The upper floor has a huge bathroom with sauna, an extra large walk-in shower, toilet and corner tub, and 2 bedrooms with double beds. The third bedroom with 2 single beds is located in the attic.

You'll find our holiday home in a central location in the Baltic resort Sellin, which belongs to the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. You have direct access to the southern part of the beach (approx. 600m), the small train "Rasender Roland" stops just a few metres away and the Wilhelmstraße with villas built in the style of a typical Baltic sea bath and the pier (Seebrücke, Sellin's landmark) is about 5 minutes away.
Travelling from Berlin via the A24 towards Hamburg; at the junction (Dreieck) Wittstock, take the A19 to the junction A20, continue towards Stettin and take the exit Stralsund.
Travelling from Hamburg, take the A1 towards Lübeck. Continue on the A20 towards Stettin, exit Stralsund.
Cross the bridge "Rügenbrücke" towards Bergen, take the B96 towards Göhren until you reach Sellin.
In the seaside resort Sellin, follow the signposting to the centre (turn left), across the train tracks, route of the train "Rasender Roland"; follow the main road and make a right onto Bollwerkstraße; follow the street all the way to the end, where you will see the house Alter Gutshof.
Be careful when you reach Lancken-Granitz; shortly before Sellin is a speed camera!

– If you cancel up to 61 days prior to arrival, you'll be charged 50.00;
– if you cancel 60-35 days prior to arrival, you'll be charged 50% of the
total booking price;
– if you cancel 34- 1 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total booking price.
In case of a no-show or if you cancel after the agreed arrival date, the full
booking price is due / will be forfeited.
A deposit of €200.00 is charged and should be paid along with the final payment.
