Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und der Garten ist schön und geräumig.

Das Haus selbst riecht sehr muffig, wahrscheinlich wegen des Teppichs. Um das zu vermeiden, haben wir selbst mehrere Dufttöpfe aufgestellt, da die Dufttöpfe, die dort standen, bereits leer waren.

Das Haus war staubig. Es waren viele Spinnweben zu sehen und im Bad-/Duschbereich war Schimmel. Auch im Duschvorhang. Diese haben wir selbst entfernt.

Die Kühlschrankplatten waren lose darin. Wir haben diese herausgenommen, um zu verhindern, dass sie auseinanderfallen. Die Glasscheiben hinter der Küche weisen Risse auf.

Der Boden im Wohnzimmer bewegt sich immer noch hin und her, wodurch der Schrank sehr laut ist.
