We -the Wachholz family- would like to welcome you here in our apartment, which was finished in September 2016. Our lovely apartment is located in a beautiful, completely refurbished house with a wonderful garden with an old tree population.
The apartment has undergone a high-grade renovation and we furnished it with great care. Everything, from the new fitted kitchen to the modern bathroom with shower, is at a high standard.
Komplett neu ausgebaute Ferienwohnung. Fertiggestellt Anfang August 2016, Servicearbeiten (z.B. Malerarbeiten, Reinigung der Bettwaren usw. ) werden jährlich in der Wintersaison vorgenommen, so das unsere Gäste die Wohnung wie auf den Bildern gezeigt übergeben bekommen.

The small village Scharzendorf is situated in the heart of the Müritz National Park and only a 10-minute drive from Waren (Müritz with its lively ambience.
In town you can get info material about the Müritz National Park, and there's a cafe, which guests love for its freshly baked cake from trays, and a hotel with restaurant.
In the near vicinity (about 3 km) you'll find the village of Federow with its eagle observation station, manor house, restaurants and Hörspielkirche(A church hosting audio dramas).
