Nachfolgend finden Sie eine kurze Erläuterung unserer Erfahrungen mit dem von Ihnen gemieteten Ferienhaus.

Am Freitag, den 27. August, kamen wir gegen 17:30 Uhr an der Schlüsseladresse an, um den Schlüssel zu unserem Ferienhaus zu erhalten.
Es folgte sofort eine kleine Überraschung, denn die alte Dame wusste angeblich nichts und schob die Schuld auf die Tatsache, dass ihr Sohn alles arrangiert hatte.
Allerdings war diese Achse nicht vorhanden und nach ein paar Minuten Gespräch bekam ich den Schlüssel ausgehändigt.

Als wir am Haus ankamen und die Haustür öffneten, stank es sofort nach Feuchtigkeit und Schmutz... unserer Meinung nach war das Haus schon lange nicht mehr vermietet.

Das Haus roch schmutzig und feucht und muffig... als wir eintraten, fielen uns nach einem Rundgang zahlreiche Mängel auf, die auch auf den beigefügten Fotos zu erkennen sind... Ich werde sie für Sie auflisten

-Türgriffe sind lose und fallen ab
-Lichter, die so verschmiert sind, dass man sich nicht traut, sie anzufassen
- Kühlschrank, der kaputt ist
-3 Fernseher, alle drei funktionieren nicht
- Ofen, der vor Gebrauch desinfiziert werden muss
- Badezimmer voller Schimmel und verstopfte Abflüsse
- Staub und Ungeziefer im Haushalt bekämpfen
- Küchenutensilien, die vor der Verwendung desinfiziert werden müssen.
- Lattenroste der Betten kaputt
- Bettwäsche voller schmutziger Flecken.
- Heizung kaputt... unmöglich, funktionsfähig zu machen

Wir haben am Montagmorgen sofort den Schlüssel abgegeben und zu unserer Überraschung mussten wir auch noch 60 Euro für die Reinigung bezahlen....

Wir haben in den Ferien schon viel erlebt, aber das hier hat wirklich alles übertroffen.

Wir haben noch nie, wirklich noch nie ein so müdes und schmutziges Haus gesehen...
