This beautiful local stone house is located just minutes from Dinant. Gîte "La Grange d'Herbuchenne" is big enough for 6 people. On warm days you can relax in the beautiful and spacious garden.

You can relax in the area. Visit the countless castles, the Citadel of Dinant or the surrounding nature parks. Rent a bike, kayak or ride a horse and traverse the woods.

Der Besitzer war sehr nett und nett, dass es einen Weihnachtsbaum gab, aber fast alles andere muss ersetzt werden, siehe auch Robs Bewertung vom 6. August.
Steckdosen hängen aus der Wand, Toiletten müssten ausgetauscht werden, Loch im Boden des Badezimmers im Obergeschoss, Abfluss in der Dusche läuft nicht richtig ab und es dauert sehr lange, bis man heißes Wasser hat, Tür lässt sich nicht öffnen
gut offen, Sofas sehen nicht gut aus, schlechte Betten, der ganze Anstrich sieht nicht gut aus, Fernseher keine niederländischen Sender und nicht gut gereinigt, das einzig Schöne ist der Garten
und außerhalb des Hauses haben wir insgesamt noch nie eine so schlechte Unterkunft gehabt. Das alles ist auf den Fotos nicht deutlich zu erkennen.

Das Äußere des Hauses und des Grundstücks waren mit einer guten 9 bewertet. Im Inneren des Hauses war es jedoch eine 4. Das Haus war dreckig, also hat meine Frau zuerst alles gereinigt. Zum Beispiel Toilette, Küche, Bad und Bezüge, die vom darauf liegenden Sofa abgewaschen wurden, um zu verbergen, wie schlecht die Sofas sind. Als wir unsere Kleine baden wollten, mussten wir die Wanne zweimal füllen, weil Rostwasser aus der Leitung kam. Duschen in der Badewanne ist nicht möglich, da dann das Wasser zwischen den Anschlüssen spritzt und es ein großes Wasserballett ist. Zum Glück gab es noch einen Schauer. Die Toilettensitze sind völlig unhygienisch und kaputt. Ein Riss in der Toilettenschüssel. Im Bidet konnten wir noch deutlich die Haare des Vorbenutzers erkennen. Die Esstischdecke (obere und untere Tischdecke) war voller Flecken. Die Gartenmöbel ließen zu wünschen übrig. Die Hintertür ließ sich nicht richtig öffnen, da sie halb auf dem Boden stecken blieb. Zum Glück sind wir nicht übergewichtig, sonst kommt man nur durch die Haustür nach draußen. Das kann man mit Gewalt machen. Das ganze Haus hängt zusammen mit „Helfen Sie meinem Mann, eine Handwerkerlösung zu finden“. Steckdosen, die in der Küche halb aus der Wand hängen und zu einem TV-Anschluss führen, der normalerweise in einer Wand montiert werden muss, lagen einfach auf dem Boden. Die Waschmaschine im Keller funktionierte gut. Solange man nicht auf die Außenseite der Maschine selbst blickte.
