This pretty holiday home is located just outside the well-known spa town of Bad Pyrmont in the modern, renovated holiday home Villa Rosenhof. The 5-star villa with a beautiful garden is an oasis of calm for couples or families who are friends and want to discover the spa town of Bad Pyrmont and its beautiful Weserbergland.

The villa is only three minutes by car from the city center, where the Hufeland-Therme thermal baths await you, as well as the many opportunities to play golf. But the surrounding area also offers a lot: hiking, Nordic walking and cycling in the beautiful surroundings or trips to Hameln, Detmold or Paderborn.

Unsere Ankunft verlief ziemlich chaotisch, denn obwohl wir pünktlich zwischen 14 und 16 Uhr ankamen, standen wir vor verschlossener Tür und auf das Klingeln an der Tür wurde nicht reagiert, es schien, als wären wir nicht erwartet worden. Nach einer Durchsuchung des Gartens und einem Anruf später fanden wir den Besitzer und seine Frau, die uns sehr freundlich durch das Haus führte. Wir hatten die große Wohnung von 90m2 gebucht, die angenehm geräumig und mit ordentlichen Möbeln und üblichen Kochutensilien ausgestattet war. Das Badezimmer und die Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung, aber für eine „Luxus-5-Sterne-Villa“ und den gezahlten Preis würde ich mir etwas mehr Luxus/Komfort vorstellen. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich laut und etwas, das nicht der Beschreibung entsprach, war beispielsweise das Vorhandensein eines Fitnessraums. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es sich nicht im Gebäude befand, sondern irgendwo 5 km entfernt in der Stadt.
