Description

It's a vacation to experience nature and culture. This 1-bedroom castle in Gualdo with a shared swimming pool, heating, a shared garden, and a barbecue is ideal for a family of 4 to relax near the forest.



The central location provides access to all facilities including a supermarket at 1 km and a restaurant at 3 km. There are many attractions to visit including Gualdo Cattaneo, Foligno, Spoleto, Todi, Perugia, and Lake Trasimeno. You can enjoy a day trip to Tuscany at 70 km and Rome at 130 km. The small Church of San Bartolomeo in the apartment complex has wonderful frescos from the 16th and 17th Centuries.



The castle is on the first floor of a tower. You can cook breakfast from the modern kitchen or try the local dishes served in the restaurant in the castle. There is a paid heating and the living-dining room has a fireplace. You can enjoy the barbecue in the furnished garden in the evening. Parking and space for 2 pets are also provided.

Das Castello wirkt auf den 1. Blick natürlich sehr toll.
Der Charm der alten Gemäuer erfüllt mit Staunen.
Auch das es einen Pool mit grandiosem Ausblick gibt ist sehr gewinnend.
Leider verliert es all das zunehmend. Bei nähern Betrachten wirkt alles verwahrlost und ungepflegt. Abfall liegt herum. In der Bar seit Tagen das ungewaschene Geschirr. Im Zimmer Lurch unter all den Möbeln. Die Duschkabine kaputt. Küchengeschirr eher dürftig. Schneidbrett haben wir uns organisiert, Geschirrtuch hatte ich Gott sei Dank mit.
Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und man kann durchaus entspannen wenn das Wetter passt. Im Zimmer selbst ist der Aufenthalt eher deprimierend da es dunkel und drückend ist. Kaum ein liebevolles oder einladendes Detail. Nur in der Nacht ist es von den Beleuchtungsstrahlern von Außen hell, sodass man die Fenster schließen muss uns so nicht in den Vorteil der kühlen Nacht kommt.
Schade, mit ein bisschen liebevoller Zuwendung und Pflege wäre es ein Kleinod.
Wir werden den Aufenthalt vorzeitig abbrechen, auch wenn der Preis mit €49 pro Nacht den Umständen entspricht. Wir fühlen uns nicht wohl.
Die ital. Gastfreundschaft haben wir nicht bemerkt.
Mit Sesseln auf allen Tischen wurde es uns vermiest unser Abendessen in der kleinen Bar zu gestalten. Wir waren dort immer allein.
Wirklich schade um diesen Ort.

Schöne und attraktive Wohnung in einer mittelalterlichen Burg, etwas ganz Besonderes! Der Pool liegt in einem Garten mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Irgendwo in diesem Schloss gibt es auch ein Restaurant, in dem man Platz nehmen kann.
Es ist zwar nicht so gut organisiert, aber das hat uns tatsächlich gefallen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, es standen eine Flasche Wein und einige Grundbedürfnisse (Kaffee, Milch) bereit. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und es gibt mehrere Städte zu besuchen (Spoleto, Spello, Trevi, Assissi). Schade nur, dass man nicht außerhalb der Wohnung sitzen kann. Wir dachten, wir könnten es mit ein wenig Aufwand erreichen (wir konnten es vor uns sehen... :)

Es ist nicht ganz so geharkt, aber das hat uns gefallen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, es gab eine Flasche Wein und einige Grundbedürfnisse (Kaffee, Milch). Die Gegend ist wunderschön und es gibt mehrere Städte zu besuchen (Spoleto, Spello, Trevi, Assissi). Schade nur, dass man in der Wohnung nicht draußen sitzen kann. Wir dachten, es könnte mit ein wenig Aufwand realisiert werden (wir könnten es vor uns sehen ... :)
