This cozy 3-bedroom villa with private swimming and a bubble bath. It is perfect to spend a refreshing and relaxing holiday. You can stay here in comfort with a family or a group of 10 people.

The medieval village of Suvereto is very scenic. As you walk through the old streets, you can enjoy the views from cozy terraces. At 4 km, you have grocery stores, shops, and restaurants for daily needs. The town center at 5 km is great for an evening stroll. For a pleasant day out, only 18 km away lies the Etruscan coast with its fragrant pine trees, beautiful beaches, and cobalt blue sea.

Das ist ein sehr schönes Haus und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit der Familie. Nadia ist fantastisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Ihr Gemüse und ihre Tomaten waren die besten. Wir hoffen, dass wir das Haus wieder buchen können.

Die Buchung bei Belvilla war seltsam, da wir letztendlich 100 Euro mehr bezahlen mussten, als auf der Website angegeben. Ich habe per Chat die Bestätigung erhalten, dass dies noch geklärt werden würde, aber leider nicht nach der Buchung. Das Haus ist wirklich super und hat einen großen Garten mit einem schönen Swimmingpool. Sehr schön, dass es in jedem Zimmer einen Ventilator gab, um es nachts abzukühlen, sonst war es sehr heiß. Denken Sie daran, dass Sie für das Holz bezahlen müssen, der Grill funktioniert einwandfrei! Das nahe gelegene Dorf Suvereto ist einen Besuch wert, ebenso wie das Restaurant um die Ecke, das zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wir waren zwei Familien; 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder unter 10 Jahren. Es gab genügend Platz und auch die Strände sind einen Besuch wert! Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub!

Nadia und Massimo sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Villa war bei der Ankunft fertig. Alles war sehr sauber (inkl. Pool und Whirlpool). Nadia überreichte uns persönlich frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher und erklärte uns alles über das Haus.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
WLAN funktioniert und Netflix oder Amazon Video können auf dem Fernseher genutzt werden (besser man hat ein eigenes Konto).
Es gibt 2 Badezimmer im ersten Stock und eine Einzeltoilette im Erdgeschoss. Genug, um Konflikte zu vermeiden :).
Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren sogar noch besser als auf den Bildern erwartet.
Von Prata aus gibt es mehrere Ausflugsmöglichkeiten:
Erstens der Strand: Innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichen Sie den Strand, z.B. in Fallonica.
Lebensmittelgeschäft: Nur 10 Minuten entfernt gibt es in Suvereto ein gut ausgestattetes Conad, in dem Sie alles Notwendige kaufen können.
