Our holiday home is charming, relaxing and was recently renovated. You will live on 76m² with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large garden (1000 m2) drops down to the sea. On foot it is five minutes to the pebble beach where you can swim.

Well appointed holiday home at Camaret on the Crozon peninsula, above the sea with a great view of the sea. ON the terrace you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you can enjoy a glass of red wine and watch the sailing boats and the coast. A large meadow belongs to the house on which children can play. From the living room your have a lovely sea view. 300 m from the house there is a sandy bathing beach.

Traumhafte Lage mit phantastischen Blick direkt auf die Rade Brest.
Kleines gemütliches Ferienhaus mit großem bretonischen Charme.
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vermieterin war immer zur Stelle wenn es Fragen gab.

Die Aussicht ist wirklich fantastisch .Der Rest des Hauses ist alt, aber auch schon so, dass investiert werden müsste. Die Matratzen müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Bettdecken gibt es gar nicht.
Das obere Bad dürfte letztendlich gar nicht als Bad betitelt werden. Hier steht mitten in dem ca. 2 qm großen Raum die "Campingtoilette" und die Dusche ist so gebaut, dass wirklich niemand dort stehen kann, Das Bad im Erdgeschoss ist groß und hat auch eine Dusche -aber leider hält die Duschbrause nicht, so dass auch hier das Duschen kompliziert ist. Das Waschbecken vor der (separaten) Toilette hängt nur noch locker in der Wand.
WLan gab es nicht -wurde uns aber von der Vermieterin auf Wunsch- nach einer Woche gebracht.
Man muss auch wissen, dass man vor Ort wirklich immer ein Auto benötigt.

Zunächst einmal vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es tut mir leid, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub nicht so gut genießen konnten, wie ich es meinen Gästen wünsche.
Ich muss zugeben, daß mich Ihre Kritik betroffen gemacht hat, zumal dazu auch kein persönlicher Austausch stattgefunden hat. Ich habe für kritische Worte immer ein offenes Ohr und bin auch gern bereit, dem einen oder anderen Verbesserungsvorschlag nachzukommen.
Schön, dass Sie die wunderbare Aussicht genießen konnten. Der Blick auf die Rade Brest ist inder Tat sehr zauberhaft und ist mit fast nichts zuvergleichen.
Die Matratzen in diesem Haus betreffend, möchte ich Ihnen widersprechen. Sie sind keineswegs alt und bedürfen keines Austausches. Wenn Sie nicht gut geschlafen haben, tut es mir wirklich leid.
Erfahrungsgemäß gibt es auch nicht die eine Matratze für den doch individuell sehr unterschiedlichen Bedarf an Schlafkomfort. Die Ansprüche an die Eigenschaften einer Schlafmatratze ist individuell sehr verschieden.
Das Bad im ersten OG ist klein. Es ist vielleicht unschwer zu übersehen, dass es baulich keine andere Möglichkeit gab hinsichtlich der vorhanden Maße ein anderes Bad zu konzipieren.
Die Toilette als Campingtoillette zu bezeichnen entspricht nicht den wirklichen Gegebenheiten.
Die Dusche im 1.OG ist sehr klein, das stimmt, für eine Familie mit Kind aber funktional und funktionabel.
Alternativ gibt es die Duschkabine im Bad des Erdgeschosses die ihren guten Zweck erfüllt.
Das Einhängen der Handdusche funktioniert gut, wenn man es richtig macht.
Danke für den Hinweis mit dem Waschbecken im WC.
Dem Wunsch nach einer W Lan Verbindung bin ich gern nachgekommen. Ich musste jedoch erst ein Gerät für eine mobile W Lan Verbindung besorgen, da ich in keinem meiner Ferienhäuser WLan vorgesehen habe.
Das ist in der Beschreibung meiner Häuser auf der Webseite auch so aufgeführt !
Um viele Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehen, ist ein Auto immer und überall von Vorteil.
Viele Urlauber nutzen als alternative Fortbewegunsgsmöglichkeiten den Fahrradverleih ( auch in Roscanvel vorhanden ) oder die schönen Wanderwege an der Küste oder im Inland.
Übrigens ist es in Frankreich wie in Deutschland, sehr üblich den Müll zu trennen. Für bspw. leeres Flaschengut stehen an vielen Stellen au Crozon Flaschencontainer zur Entsorgung zur Verfügung

Das Haus lag wie beschrieben unmittelbar am Meer. Das Haus, der Garten und die Terrasse machten den Urlaub zum Erlebnis. Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder waren ebenfalls bereit gestellt.
Die Vermieterin des Anwesens war sehr herzlich. Sie stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung.
Uns fehlte es bei diesem Urlaub an nichts. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.
