Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period begins without naming a replacement tenant who would take over the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportional rents as compensation, taking into account saved expenses:
Termination:
A) If the booking is canceled up to 42 days before the rental period begins, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
B) If the booking is canceled later than 42 days before the rental period begins, 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the reserved accommodation or ends the stay prematurely, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive factor is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich auch oft um das leibliche Wohl gekümmert haben ! Lecker Essen !!
Super Ausblick vom Pool auf das Meer und die Stadt Makarska und auf der anderen Seite die Berge !
Anreise war mit Hund, der sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt hat.
