The rooms of our holiday apartment are of high quality and tastefully furnished. From the spacious living, dining, and cooking area, you have a beautiful view of the dune landscape. From the balcony, you look out over a large pond.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, and pull-out cabinets. Separately, there is a small oven and a large retro refrigerator. All kitchen utensils and crockery are abundantly available.
In the living area, you can receive many German channels with the flat-screen TV.
In the large bedroom and in the hallway, there are built-in wardrobes. Your well-behaved, not too large dog may be brought along by arrangement.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
The apartment complex features an elevator, a bowling alley, and a restaurant. The North Sea beach is just 250 meters away, across the dunes. Parking spaces, as well as charging facilities for bicycles and cars, are available.

Just 250 meters across the dunes and you'll find yourself on the North Sea beach. There's a year-round open restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy a cozy meal and drink. This is the perfect spot to watch and savor the beautiful sunset. The child-friendly holiday park also boasts a large playground, mini-golf, tennis courts, trampolines, a petting zoo, and a lake with a play island. The golf course and the (subtropical) indoor swimming pool are within walking distance. Julianadorp is about 2.5 kilometers away, offering a shopping center and several restaurants. The ferry terminal to Texel is just a 15-minute drive away.
You can reach us by car (Amsterdam-A9 Alkmaar-N9 Den Helder) or by train to Den Helder station (about 8km away).
For a long journey, you can also land at Amsterdam Airport (Schiphol), which is about 80km away.

The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply:
25% of the total price if cancellation occurs up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period
50% of the total price if cancellation occurs from the 41st day up to the 28th day before the start of the rental period
75% of the total price if cancellation occurs from the 27th day before the start of the rental period up to one day before the start of the rental period
100% of the total price if cancellation occurs on the day of arrival or later, or in case of no-show
The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant.
