The two-family house, with a fantastic view of the lake, is optimally located for all kinds of excursions, in an absolutely quiet charming suburb, yet within walking distance to the lake (about 5 minutes, 500 m) and to the old town (about 15 minutes – 1.5 km) easily accessible via a beautiful lakeside promenade.
The holiday home is only about 30 km away from Verona, close to the amusement parks Gardaland and Canevaworld, Monte Baldo, and just an hour by train from Venice.
