We welcome you to this comfortable and well-kept 2-room non-smoking apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, it is approximately 45 m² in size and furnished for 2 - 4 people.
It is on the ground floor with a large, sunny terrace facing southwest and consists of a bright, high-quality furnished living room with a comfortable seating area (sofa bed), LCD TV, Blue-Ray DVD player and stereo system with iPod docking station, an integrated kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, microwave and a comfortable dining area.
The separate bedroom with double bed and large closet is accessible via the hallway.
In the hallway you will find a coat rack for jackets and coats.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer.
In the apartment you have a free WiFi connection (not part of the contract) and a telephone (only for domestic calls).
The apartment has designer planks in the living room.
A handcart (not part of the contract) is available in the basement.

When a rental agreement is concluded, the following cancellation costs are agreed:
Cancellation fee: € 55.00 plus:
up to 45 days before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the rental has started, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The
aforementioned cancellation costs apply subject to the tenant
providing proof to the contrary for the damage caused by the loss of rent and are limited to the specific damage caused by the loss of rent.
