The very high-quality and lovingly furnished 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand has around 60 m² and is located on the 2nd floor of a new building on Strandallee that was only completed in spring 2011. Thanks to its good location, it has a very nice partial sea view.
The cozy apartment for 2 people has a spacious living room with a large leather couch, a smart TV with DVD Blueray player, a music system including CD player. The WiFi connection is available to you free of charge (not part of the contract). A cozy dining area with a round table is located in the bay window.
The very modern open kitchen is equipped with an oven including a microwave, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combination and - in addition to a normal coffee machine - a Senseo coffee pad machine and all the utensils that make a hobby cook's heart beat faster.
In the bedroom there is a 1.80 m wide, comfortable Loom double bed (separate mattresses) and another LCD TV. The morning sun shines into the room through a floor-to-ceiling window.
The shower in the bathroom has a floor made of river pebbles for a relaxing foot massage while showering.
The entire apartment is laid out with very hard-wearing designer planks - including in the bathroom - and is therefore barrier-free. Thanks to indirect lighting, it is bathed in warm light at all times.

When a rental agreement is concluded, the following cancellation costs are agreed:
Cancellation fee: € 55.00 plus:
up to 45 days before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the rental has started, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The
aforementioned cancellation costs apply subject to the tenant
providing proof to the contrary for the damage caused by the loss of rent and are limited to the specific damage caused by the loss of rent.
