The house has two floors; each floor is a comfortable apartment. Downstairs is the living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with access to the garden and the pool. There you will also find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. For lovers of relaxation, there is a Finnish sauna.
On the first floor you will find an apartment with a living room, dining room for 12 people and a kitchen. There are also two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The covered terraces offer stunning views of the sea, Marlera peninsula and the Kvarner islands.

The garden is fenced; there is an outdoor pool and a barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a covered dining area. Next to the pool you will find an outdoor hot tub with hot water.

This beautiful villa is located in Ližnjan, in the south of the Istrian peninsula. Ližnjan is full of beautiful and natural beaches and opportunities for an active holiday. Ližnjan has several small restaurants that offer traditional cuisine and wines from the region. We recommend swimming at the sandy island Levan (there is a taxi boat for tourists), and visit to towns of Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Motovun, which are rich in cultural heritage and tourist facilities.
How to reach us:
On highway drive in the direction of Pula.
After the highway drive straight until the second roundabout.
Here Take the third exit – Ližnjan.
Drive about 6 km in the direction of Ližnjan.
In Ližnjan turn left at the church and drive straight, downhill toward the sea.
After 1 km ( at restaurant Galiola) turn right at the crossing for Marlera.
Drive straight 500 meters, turn right next to a fire hydrant on a private gravel road that takes you to the Villa Bella.
