Featuring two gardens (South-East and West) our spacious 3 bedroom Holiday home with beautiful views provides accommodation close to the North-Sea coastline with free WiFi, a fireplace and sauna.
The holiday home has 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms with full-size beds, a 50qm living-room with a long wooden table and a cozy couch, a library with German and English books, 3 flat-screen TVs and a modern sound system.
The fully equipped kitchen includes
- a dishwasher

- an oven and a stove
- two different coffeemachines
- a toaster and tea making facilities, a blender
- an iron
- a hugh fridge and a freezer in retro design
In the spacious bathroom you can find
- a modern shower

Relax in our two gardens with picturesque views to the large plots of land and old tree population:

The double-car port and 4 bicycles are at your disposal.
In the Gulfhof there are a total of 12 apartments, some of which are used as holiday homes for families with dogs, some private. For communal use you will find on the restored former threshing floor:

- 800qm dog meadows with a fence to let your dog run and enjoy our beautiful property
Day trips with the ferries to the islands of Juist, Norderney, Baltrum, Langeoog, Spiekeroog or Wangerooge are easy to enjoy and worth a visit through the respective Siel harbors.
Your can find shops such as a bakery, a supermarket, discounters or a butcher, nearby in Dornum or Hage.
If the weather is not so good, then you can let the wind blow around your nose in the "Ostfriesennerz" (i.e. rain coat) during the dyke walk, afterwards you can warm yourself up by the fireplace (please buy your own wood) with the East Frisian tea. Or one visits the 3000 square meter indoor playground "Sturmfrei" with climbing fortresses, trampolines, adventure cinema and a toddler area.
In addition, the Dornumersiel National Park House or the seal sanctuary in Norddeich invite you to explore the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. The "Ocean Wave" in Norddeich or the North Sea Spa in Bensersiel are also recommended. In Dornum the heated seawater outdoor pool s even free with our guests spa-card!
Art lovers will certainly visit the Kunsthalle Emden with its collection of contemporary painters or the Otto Huus.
There are climbing parks in Aurich, Sande or Wiefelstede.

The listed Gulfhof is quietly away from the road amidst meadows and fields. It is directly connected to the cycling network.
The roads to the coast (3 km as the crow flies, 6 km over the roads) are very easy to reach with the 4 apartment's own bicycles or by car.
From the large garden you can look into the bird sanctuary and the dyke hinterland.
There are plenty of opportunities for swimming or for walks on the beach with a dog: Nessmersiel, Dornumersiel, Norddeich or Bensersiel have small sandy beaches with beach chair rental and play areas for the little ones.
In nearby Nessmersiel and in other venues such as Norddeich there is a dog beach with adjoining fun agility park and freewheeling zone. Dog walking trails are available in Dornum.
By car: Take A31 exit 7 Neermoor, than drive towards, Timmel and Aurich. Take B72 and B210 towards Dornum. Our holiday home is between Dornum and Hage off the main road.
