Description

The Villa Sunrise features 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) with 2 master suites and 3 bathrooms, with a eastern exposure to the negative edge pool and whirlpool on a saltwater canal in SE Cape Coral.

Enjoy the Sunrise in the morning during breakfast on the patio, or sit on the boat dock and try to hook some fish. The 8 ft Billiard table, the Whirlpool and the large outdoor area invites you to some relaxed evenings with friends and family.

The house was completely remodeled and modern refurbished in 2015 including 3 new bathrooms 2 master suites and a new modern kitchen with black pearl granite counter tops.

100%ige Weiterempfehlung zur Villa Sunrise. Es gibt alles was man zum Wohlfühlen für einen erholsamen und schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, die Betten bequem, die Küche mehr als Top ausgestattet, das Haus makellos sauber !!! Pool & Spabereich mit einer tollen Aussicht - unbezahlbar !!! Die Betreuung/Begrüßung durch Christian Groepl könnte besser nicht sein, so wie man sich das vorstellt und wünscht. Alles in allem, null Kritik und keine Makel. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Das Haus war für uns genau das Richtige.
Die Zimmer waren toll eingerichtet und alles war neu und sehr sauber.
Der Pool hat ganz besonders unseren Kindern gefallen. Und uns der Whirlpool.
Und noch vielen Dank an denn netten Verwalter des Hauses der sich um alles gekümmert hat.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Sunrise. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist ganz hervorragend und der wunderbare Poolbereich hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Die Betreuung vor Ort war mega nett und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert!
