In the 280 square meter large house are on three floors altogether five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a wellness area in the basement as well as a generous living room with open kitchen and unrestricted view of the mudflats. The two outdoor terraces that can be reached from the living room invite you to linger under the open sky. On the ground floor you will be welcomed by a bright corridor which leads to the living room and two bedrooms with directly adjoining bathrooms. On the first floor there is another sleeping area for two people, a fully equipped bathroom and the master bedroom. The latter has a high-quality bathroom en suite and a king-size bed as well as a free-standing bathtub from which you can also enjoy the fantastic view over the sea. In the basement you will find a wellness area, consisting of a sauna and a sleeping area for two persons, which invites you to relax.
A highlight is the separate holiday apartment, which can be rented in addition to the holiday home. However, this option is only available to the tenant of the main house. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette and a sanitary area.
