Sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor. The kitchen area has everything that makes your stay pleasant. The excellent kitchen equipment is particularly favoured. The dishwasher will take care of wsahing up. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you with induction hob and oven, grill, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and washing machine. The house is an anti-allergic house and cleanliness is a high priority.
Quiet location, beautiful garden with oleander and olive trees. A few minutes by foot to the beautiful softly sloping sandy beach and open sea. Of the 4 bikes, 3 bikes are for adults and 1 bike is a youth bike (up to about 12 years). The bikes are free for you to use. Use at your own risk.

• 90% to 14 days before arrival
• then 100% of the rental price, if no replacement renter is found.
If the renter is more than 14 days late with payment the landlord is authorized to cancel the contract immediately without reasons and to re-rent the property.
