This modern villa offers exclusive luxury accommodation ideal for families or groups of friends. The villa offers a perfect view of the Adriatic sea and the greenery that gives you a haven for complete relaxation. The villa is built in modern dalmatian architectural style in which you can feel, touch of luxury, sea and sun.
The villa is located only 5 meters from the beautiful beach. It consists of 4 fully furnished bedrooms with double beds, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and large terrace with a heated pool, barbecue and beautiful garden furniture. All rooms have aircondition.
The whole villa and garden are covered with free Wi-Fi.

The best host I have ever had

This was by far my best experience ever. The villa was amazing with more than enough space. The heated pool was conveniently located just outside the back door. On the terrace, a BBQ grill was available for use and a convenient exit for the beach access. The beach is located only a few meters away from the end of the terrace. The hospitality of the host was unbelievable. The owner was on site and was always available if there were any issues. Additionally he and his wife also were very hospitable and provided cake, homemade spaghetti and wine. This was not something that was to expected, but out of the kindness of their heart. They also offer a chance to participate in other activities such as boating and bicycling. I highly recommend using their places if you get the opportunity.

I was here for the first time, it is a charming and stylish decorated apartment with pool, sun terrace and great view over the beach.
Great choice for vacation!!

Wir hatten in dem Wohnblock das Haus mit der Hausnummer 29. Sehr hübsches, neues Haus mit Whirlpool. Gut für 6 Personen, auch 8 Personen sind machbar allerdings sind es nur 3 Zimmer, der vierte Schlafbereich ist offen. Die Hauseigentümer sind sehr, sehr bemüht und gastfreundlich. Sie verwöhnen ihre Gäste gerne mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, der Zugang zum Meer gut zu erreichen. Der Sandstrand ist flach abfallend. Man kann gute 50m ins Meer hinaus gehen. Für alle, die Erholung wollen der richtige Ort um auszuspannen. Eine Beach-Bar ist in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Der Hausbesitzer bietet Ausflugsfahrten und Fahrten mit Wasserski oder Tube an. Gerne wieder. Alles Gute.
