The vacation villa has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, an open living area separated by a wide counter from the high-quality, fully equipped kitchen. 50% of the total rental fee for cancellation from 90-61 days prior to arrival
80% of the total rental fee for cancellation from 60-31 days prior to arrival
100% of the total rental fee for cancellation 30th days or less prior to arrival
A trip cancellation travel insurance is strongly advised.
The prices include 11.5 % Sales and Tourist Tax.
