Cancellation policy
Cancelling your trip is possible at any time. The following cancellation fees will apply, in addition to the booking fee:
- up to the 61st day before the start of the trip, 20% of the travel price
- from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the travel price
- from the 34th to the 2nd day before the start of the trip, 90% of the travel price
In case of later cancellation or if the trip is not commenced, the full travel price is due.

In the neighboring town of Callantsoog, there's a large supermarket, restaurants, cozy terraces, and various shops. In the nearby, typical North Holland town of Schagen, you can find the West Frisian Market, excellent restaurants, and many shops.
Bergen and Schoorl offer lovely art markets in the summer, and the port city of Den Helder is known for its Navy Museum.
The city of Alkmaar is definitely worth a visit, and from Schagen, you are about an hour away by train from the center of Amsterdam.
Holiday destination
St. Maartenszee is nestled between the nature reserve "Zwanenwater" and the beautiful deciduous forest "Wildrijk". Dunes, beach, forest, and tulip fields, extensive walking paths, bike trails - St. Maartenszee and its surroundings offer a little bit of everything.
In the village, there is a large amusement park covering an area of 2000 m² (open from April to October) suitable for children up to about 12 years old, with outdoor and indoor areas.
Also, the subtropical swimming pool "Campanula" with sunbeds, Finnish sauna, steam cabins, and tennis courts.

Wir haben das Kinderfreie Wochenende genutzt , um neue Kraft zu tanken und ich muss sagen , bei so einem schönen Haus inkl. Umgebung, viel es uns nicht schwer , sich zu erholen. Das Haus hat uns auf Anhieb sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail wurde es renoviert und dekoriert. Es ist SEHR sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Wetter hat leider nicht mitspielen wollen , aber warm eingepackt , ging es dennoch zum Strand und zum erkunden der Ortschaften. Es war überall sauber und die Leute dort waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Abends dann mit einem Glas am Kamin zu sitzen , hat den Tag gemütlich abrunden lassen. Wir können das Haus und die Umgebung wärmstens empfehlen. Auch mit Kindern und Hunden.

Eine Woche Urlaub pur. Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und beinhaltet alles, was nötig ist. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter legen viel Wert auf Stil und Sauberkeit. Der Weg zum Meer ist sowohl mit dem Auto, als auch mit dem Fahrrad in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Zu Fuss mit Kindern eher nicht zu empfehlen. Der Park ist sehr sauber. In unmittelbarer Nähe Fahrrad verleih und Supermarkt. Nächster Ort zum "flanieren" Callangshook. Schöne Strandbars, gut zu erreichen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen
