The holiday home Theo is a particularly child- and animal-friendly house and offers you a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms each with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms plus 1 guest toilet, each with a spacious dining room and 2 fully equipped kitchens for a total of 170 sq. m.. Plenty of toys are also available.
In front of the house (accessible from apartment 1) you will find a spacious sun terrace and a small balcony on the first floor. For the little ones we have a trampoline and a slide in front of the house
2 baby beds are available in the house and 3 high chairs.
We have an additional changing mat on both floors, one even including a baby bath.
The apartment on the ground floor was newly renovated in 2016, the apartment on the upper floor in early 2016.
The new small double room on the 3rd floor was opened in December 2017.

The house is located in a quiet residential street, surrounded by the beautiful forests of the Sauerland.
From here you can easily reach the fantastic surroundings with numerous hiking trails and the nearby ski resorts (approx. 5 km away). Relax in a picturesque landscape and switch off from everyday life.
