Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation we will charge 60% of the rental fee for less than 60 days before arrival if the apartment cannot be re-rented, up to 14 days, 80% of the fee, and 100% for no-shows. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Located right on the Eifelsteg, in the lovely Eifel village of Mützenich, you'll find our holiday apartment, right in the centre of the village, but in a quiet environment at the end of the access road.
The holiday home is perfect for hikes and cycling in the lovely environment of the High Fens.
You can get on the RaVelweg / Vennbahnweg only 200 m away and it's perfect for extended tours on this premium cycling route!
Our farm still has a lively agricultural operation with horses, mother cows and chickens.
Getting there
Arrival via the motorway A4 (from Düsseldorf/Cologne): take the exit Aachener Kreutz exit Lüttich/Liege on the A 44 to the exit
Lichtenbusch, left on the B258 toward Monschau via Roetgen to Konzen. then turn right towards
Mützenich (signposted). In Mützenich to the cross street (Eupenerstr.) there drive to the right to the church, turn left across from the church (Gustengasse), take a right on the next crossing (In den Benden) and after about 300 m turn left in the right curve. After 200 m, you'll see our holiday apartment on the left side.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, es fehlt an nichts. Zum Empfang gab es noch frische Eier von den hauseigenen Hühnern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne, bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und sehr freundliche Gastgeber schaffen eine wirkliche Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre.
Zum Empfang Blumen, was Süßes und Eier aus eigener Hühnerhaltung.
Wir wurden reichlich verwöhnt u kommen gerne wieder.
