We are renting out this comfortable, cozily furnished holiday home. Holiday home Seahorse is quietly situated, just 200 meters from the beach and the beautiful nature area.
The center of Egmond aan Zee is only a 5-minute walk away. There you will find good restaurants, bicycle rental, pretty shops and boutiques, cozy sun terraces, as well as a large supermarket and a bakery.

Egmond aan Zee is a small village nestled in the dunes. Located directly by the sea, it is the holiday destination of choice for sun worshippers, walkers, and cyclists.
Those who have visited Egmond once always return. There is plenty to do for both young and old.
The center of Egmond aan Zee is just a 5-minute walk away. There you will find fine restaurants, bicycle rental, charming shops and boutiques, cozy sun terraces, as well as a large supermarket and a bakery.
Stroll leisurely past the small shops and cafes to the lighthouse and the boulevard, and watch the sun sink into the sea. Wander through the dune belt to one of the protected sandy paths in the area and find your way back.
You take the A12 from Germany towards Arnhem, Utrecht.
At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam.
After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the Alkmaar/Heiloo exit, 3/4 roundabout towards Heiloo and then Egmond. Continue towards Egmond aan Zee.

Cancellation no later than 21 days before the arrival date: The deposit will be retained as cancellation fees.
Cancellation less than 21 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total price.
If the booked apartment is not taken over for the period without a cancellation being made, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the total price.
Regulation in case of early departure of the guest:
In the event of early departure, guests are obliged to pay for the days enjoyed and to pay 100% of the agreed price for the remaining services not used.
