The vacation home can be reached from a driveway and the small courtyard offers sufficient parking space. The Villa Kerdezant is only one minute by car from the sea. You can reach the beautiful dunes and the fine sandy beaches of the Côte des Légendes relatively quickly.
From the vacation house your view is always directly into the green and not seldom you visit the wild, Breton rabbits in your beautiful garden.
If you arrive with a dog - pets are welcome (by appointment) - you should know that the garden is not fenced in.
The villa is situated very, very quiet and a bit secluded in a beautiful natural landscape, in the municipality of Plounevez Lochrist in Finistère, about 800m from the sea - the bay of Kernic.
For shopping you can go to Plouescat - whose good supermarket is only about 1 km away from the house - the small town of Plouescat is about 2 km away - with some bakers, a good caterer and some nice stores and restaurants and bars.
Rarely you will find such a neat and modern country house in Finistère. It is spacious, tastefully furnished and modern, e.g. with two living room areas, one with fireplace in the open living-kitchen-dining area, the other bright and spacious on the first floor; here the TV is also available (national programs!). If you think that you have to do without the sea because of the location in the green, you are very much mistaken. The location promises absolute peace and relaxation, exactly what one would wish for on vacation. Because not a minute away by car, you can already see the wonderful big bay in front of you. And two minutes further you have already reached the sea. The beaches of Keremma and Plouneour Très are of finest sand and when the sun shines, the water glows romantically turquoise. Modern, neat and spacious - that's the best way to describe the "little paradise" - although one could easily speak of a "big" paradise, because the vacation home "Ty Baradozig" is really rather big in terms of space. We think that this house is also very suitable for couples who are looking for peace and quiet and like to do wellness. Because which house has already such a beautiful SPA area in the proximity, which one can use as a holiday-maker, like the hotel La Butte, which is only 500 m far away (please note that the use is against payment).
Have fun in the big "little" paradise Baradozig in Finistère.
The villa is situated very quietly not far from the sea - in the green! In a magnificent natural setting, in the municipality of Plounevez Lochrist (just outside Plouescat) in Finistère. The sea (the bay of Kernic) is about 800 m away and not far away you will find the magnificent dune landscapes and beautiful sandy beaches of Keremma.
For casino fans, the casino of Plouescat is only about 800m away from the house.
The next good supermarket is about 1km away and the center of Plouescat with nice stores, bakeries and a great caterer are not far (about 2km). Also a good crèperie is in the same distance.
Not far away, above the bay of Goulven, you will find in Plouider the hotel "La Butte" with its excellent restaurant, above which a Michelin star shines. From there you have a breathtaking view over the bay of Goulven.
If you enjoy wellness, you can use the hotel's luxurious wellness area. This wellness area is available against payment and is also open to guests from outside the hotel.
The imposing dunes of Keremma are very quickly reached from the vacation home (approx. 2 km away). Just behind it, the beautiful beach of fine sand stretches out; it is certainly one of the most beautiful in the North Finistère. Not seldom you will experience turquoise, clear water. Also the sunsets are breathtakingly beautiful and colorful!
When the water is rising and the wind is blowing, you often see kite and wind surfers. If you don't surf yourself, you should give this impressive sport an eye.
Our house is located in the climatically unique, Breton Finistère.
The port city Brest is quickly reached by car and is about 30 km away in south-west direction from ' Baradozig'.
The port city of Brest offers not only shopping facilities and restaurants, but also the famous 'Ozeanopolis' (the aquarium adventure park), which is located next to the marina and which you should definitely visit.
In addition to Brest, the ferry town of Roscoff with its old British granite houses promises to be a great place to visit. Here the big ferries start and land (through the English Channel) to nearby England or even to Ireland. Roscoff is located about 25 km east of Plouider. If you don't want to book a crossing to England right away, visit the 'Ile de Batz', the boats are always running.
In the near surroundings there are some small towns like Plouescat, Lannilis or Lesneven. Visit the weekly markets there!
The location in Finistère is a guarantee for fresh fish and wonderful seafood. Only a few kilometers away, the famous oysters of the 'Aber Wrac`h' and 'Aber Benoit' are cultivated; some claim the best oysters in Finistère.
Whatever the means of transport, neither the international airport, the TGV train station nor the highway are more than 30 km away.
The region is very well accessible by car, train -TGV, flight.
Your vacation destination is located in the north of the Finistères about 30 km northeast of Brest.
The house can always be occupied on the day of arrival from 4 pm - departure should be before 10 am.
