You have the right to cancel at any time prior to the beginning of your stay. What is decisive for determining the cancellation fee is the time when you cancellation is received by us. Cancellations fees are as follows: For cancellation up to 31 days prior to the start of the rental period, this is 10% of the total rental price but at least Euro 50,00 (compensation for administrative duties resulting from your cancellation) For cancellations from 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, 50% of the rental price; For cancellations from 7 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, 80% of the rental price; For cancellations received later than this and in the event of a no show, the full rental price will be charged as laid out in the rental agreement. Should the property in question be rented to a third party after your cancellation, either for the entire period or part of it, you will only pay the balance between the cancellation fee and the rental payments received in actuality. This is in addition to an administration fee of Euro 50,00.
