Refund of Your Deposit in Times of COVID-19 Circumstances
If the epidemiological situation prevents the guest from entering due to the closure of borders, the agency will issue a voucher (coupon) to the guest for the amount paid as a deposit, which can be redeemed during the current calendar year or the following year. Should entry still be impossible within this period for the aforementioned reasons, the agency will refund the guest the full deposit amount.
