Cancellation term
The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time or provide a replacement tenant. The declaration of cancellation or replacement tenant is effective from the day on which it is received by the host. To avoid later discrepancies, the written form (letter, fax, e-mail) is recommended. The costs are
up to 14 days before arrival: The deposit paid
7 to 14 days before arrival: 50 % of the rental price
0 to 7 days before arrival: 100 % of the rental price
In the event of a no-show, the tenant must inform the host within 48 hours.
