Over 100 square metres you have a spacious living/dining area with a fireplace, an open kitchen and three bedrooms and two baths. The latter have under-floor heating and modern walk-in showers. The living-dining area also has under-floor heating.
The south facing terrace has enough space over 60 square metres for a lazy breakfast and relaxing start to the day. Our holiday-makers also have a fantastic view of the lake from the sauna and the jacuzzi, which was built outside in the hillside.
The bungalow is perfect for small groups and families. Our renters and their motives are wide-ranging: walking groups, wellness holiday makers, city trippers, trade fair visitors, retired groups, couples holidays, family gatherings, graduations, projects, company meetings, summer holidays, short breaks, relaxing....there's quite a combination.
The high quality furnishings and the location of the house are unique, wonderfully close to the city and the picturesque natural surroundings. The bungalow has everything you need for a diverse holiday.
Not only in the summer, but at all other times of year, the Mühlfeldsee has its particular charm. Quiet fall and winter days can be spent here. A round in the sauna (including a jump into the cold water) and crackling fire let you recharge your batteries. The spring is ideal for extensive walks and cycling tours.

Berlin, Potsdam and Dresden are all fabulous day trips, only about 1 hour away by car.
The bungalow is located in a small holiday home area and has a property with direct access to the lake and a lovely private beach. The Mühlfeldsee is ideal for swimming and surfing as well as paddling or for small sailboats.
Only a few hundred metres away next to the Mühlfeldsee are additional large lakes which are suitable for larger boats. These include the Seelhauser See, the Goitzschsee and the Muldenstausee, which are all in the immediate vicinity and the Middle German Lake District with 175 square kilometres of water. Kitesurfers are also regular guests here.
The nature reserve of the Leipizig Neuseenland and the Dübener Heide are directly accessible from the bungalow by bike. In the nearby village there are many shops you can reach in only a few minutes by bike Leipzig is only 25 km away and has a zoo, an incomparable culture and art scene, many restaurants and numerous sights for a welcome change, such as when the weather doesn't play ball.
With the Peterstrasse and Central Station, Leipzig has two of the most attractive shopping streets in Germany. The Leipzig Expo Centre is about 20 minutes away by car.
Arrival by car recommended. However, you can reach us by train via Delitzsch and then with the bus to Löbnitz.
