Description

The holiday home (100 m²) is wonderfully quiet and situated amongst the greenery, but still close to the big city.
It's a duplex. On the ground floor, there is a conservatory with direct access to the spacious garden, the bedroom, the bathroom and an additional guest toilet. On the upper floor, there are a dining room, the open kitchen, living room and and a large sun terrace.
All of the furnishings are high quality and custom. Antiques stylishly complement modern furniture. There is solid wood parquet, Brazilian slate and underfloor heating in the rooms.

Special features

Spacious wellness area with sauna, absolutely quiet, greenery, large sun terrace, garden. Easy connection to Berlin and Potsdam. A car is not necessary.

Holiday destination

You can reach the charming Babelsberg park in a few minutes on foot, as well as the legendary Ufa film studios.
Your holiday home is located in the former villa colony of Babelsberg. Casually stroll the quiet streets and see where Ufa stars used to live.
The Griebnitzsee station, with connections to Potsdam and Berlin, is about 10 minutes away on foot, as is the pier for day trips on the Griebnitzsee.

Getting there

The holiday home can easily be reached via the A115: exit Wannsee or exit Babelsberg.
From tram station Griebnitzsee, you can quickly and easily reach the train stations in Potsdam and Berlin.
If you arrive by air, Schönefeld and Tegel airports are about 30 minutes away by car. On request, we are happy to pick you up from the airport.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, in einer tollen und ruhigen Lage im Villenviertel von Babelsberg. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns in der Villa Babelsberg sehr wohl gefühlt.

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, tolle und ruhige Lage im Villenviertel Babelsberg. Dazu vom Balkon den Ausblick in den schönen Garten und viel Grün
in der Nachbarschaft. Was will man mehr.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt als Ausgangspunkt für einige Erkundigungen zu Fuß und Rad genutzt. Die Ausflugsziele in Berlin, Potsdam und Umgebung (Seenlandschaft) sind gut zu erreichen. Der nahegelegene S-Bahnhof Griebnitzsee, die dortige Radverleih-Station und eine nahe gelegeneTram-Station helfen dabei, das Auto vor der Tür stehen zu lassen.. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ( Empfehlungen Vermieter!) befinden sich in der Nähe.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Danke an die Familie Hünnebeck und hoffentlich bis Bald.

Wir freuen uns, dass wir die 'Villa Babelsberg' entdeckt haben! Sie bietet auf 2 Etagen jede Menge Platz, ist sehr gut, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Auf der großen Dachterrasse sitzt man mitten im Grünen, blickt auf hohe Bäume und in einen Garten mit vielen schönen, fast verwunschenen Ecken. Jan und Petra Hünnebeck und ihre Kinder sind tolle und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber: Von dem wunderschönen Blumenstrauß und Erfrischungsgetränken auf dem Tisch bei unserer Ankunft bis hin zu den tollen bunten Kreidezeichnungen mit einem 'Welcome - have a lovely day' auf der Straße vor der Einfahrt. Gesten, die uns zeigten 'hier sind Gäste willkommen!'. Herzlichen Dank, liebe Familie Hünnebeck, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in eurer "Villa Babelsberg"!
