Located in a very quiet area, surrounded by greenery, 80 meters above Lake Garda and the city center, the view from Giardini di Vigna over the lake is enchanting. The distance to the old town and the lakeshore is about a 10-minute walk.
The small, private residence consists of only 4 units with a ground floor and first floor, a spacious swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn, and a private, electrically secured parking lot. Vigne 3, Vigne 6, and Vigne 8 are also for rent.
From Munich: Take the A8 towards Salzburg, at the Inntal Triangle switch to the A93 to Kiefersfelden/Kufstein. Follow the A12 to Innsbruck, or via Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Seefeld to Innsbruck, then towards Brenner A22 via Sterzing, Bolzano, Trento towards Verona. Take the exit Rovereto Sud/Lago di Garda-Nord, continue through Nago, Arco, and Riva to Limone. Along the west shore, the Gardesana Occidentale, head to Gargnano and then to Toscolano-Maderno.
The road between Limone and Gargnano is scenically very attractive. Coming from the Alps, you enter a Mediterranean park landscape. Numerous tunnels and galleries, however, do not allow for high speeds.
