Welcome to the spacious 3-room apartment in Haffkrug in the semi-detached house “Am Knurrhahn 30 b”. The apartment was partially renovated in spring 2014. The living room was fitted with high-quality flooring with a plank look.
Located on the first floor, the apartment offers a relaxing stay for 2-4 people. It has a bright, spacious living room with a cozy sitting area, dining area, fireplace, large flat-screen satellite TV, stereo system and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to the living room is the spacious south-facing terrace with new garden furniture and the garden. The modern separate kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed for 2 people (1 x normal, 1 x 1.60 m wide). The bathroom has a comfortable shower and WC. A parking space belongs to the apartment.
Bicycles are available for guests to use in the garage, but are not part of the rental contract. A seasonal basket is available free of charge from 15.05.-15.09. at the Weiß beach basket rental near the Haffkrug pier.

Upon conclusion of a rental agreement, the following cancellation fees are deemed to have been agreed:
Cancellation fee in principle: € 55.00 plus :
up to 45th day before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 100% of the rental price. The
