This villa is suitable for families (2 – 8 people). Up here, you can enjoy the tranquility, the infinity pool, the sun, and the unforgettable view. With high-speed internet thanks to fiber optics, it's especially suitable for guests working from home.
Equipped with a flat-screen TV (50 inches) with satellite system, Swedish stove, infrared heating, modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, and freezer. You can even admire the beautiful view from the bathtub.
For occupancy by 8 people, an optional 1-room apartment can be booked for an additional charge.
Young groups are not desired. We prefer families, very welcome with children.

Bedroom 4 is a 1-room apartment with a bathroom (toilet and shower) with a separate entrance. The surcharge is 25% of the total price per week and can only be rented in conjunction with the main property.

Bathroom 2: the large, open shower area is equipped with massage jets.

The villa boasts a spectacular view of the sea and mountains. Enjoy the beautiful sunset by the pool and, in times of Corona, the independence of having the house, garden, and large pool all to yourself.
Luxury completely renovated in 2014 in the quiet and exclusive residential area of Roca Grossa, a district of Lloret de Mar, 6 km from Tossa de Mar, 67 km from Barcelona, and 30 km from Girona Airport. The main beach of Lloret de Mar is 2.8 km away, or about 4 km to the Cala Canyelles bay with a small marina.
If you're arriving by plane, Girona airport is very convenient, just a 25-minute drive from the house. A rental car is essential. From Barcelona airport, it takes 1 hour and 45 minutes.
If you're traveling by car, it takes 1 hour from the French border to the villa.

My name is Elisa. I was born at the end of 1969 in Girona and during my childhood, I never imagined living anywhere else but in Lloret de Mar. For me, even back then, Lloret was not just my home, where I went to school or to the beach with friends. It was a magical place that could suddenly transform, where anything was possible: vibrant. I loved how Lloret stirred and stretched, how it rubbed the sleep of winter from its eyes. How the streets came to life. Just as I enjoyed the quiet of winter, I loved the empty beaches and streets. Back then, I never thought that I could live somewhere else. The German language fascinated me even as a child. Later, I also studied it at the "Universidad Central de Barcelona": German studies. In 1992, I received an Erasmus scholarship to Germany, where I met my husband Michael. Since 1993, I have been living in Stuttgart with Michael and our 2 girls. We often go to Lloret :)
