This fantastic finca has two luxurious buildings: a large two-storey main house with spacious rooms, including a kitchen, living-dining room, a second living room, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a guest toilet, and a separate laundry room; and a second annexe with a living room and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
In the main house, a special architectural style can be appreciated as soon as one enters the large main hall that gives access to the different rooms. On the ground floor, you will find a huge living-dining room with satellite TV and access to a fantastic porch. The kitchen, also with dining area, is a dream. Its warm tones, stainless steel appliances, gas cooker, large worktops and cupboards and its perfect equipment, make anyone want to spend time innovating exquisite dishes. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The four bedrooms have wardrobes, air conditioning, space for up to two cots and en-suite bathrooms with shower, although only one of them has a double bed. It is located on this floor, along with a toilet that serves the whole house. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two have two single beds. In addition, there is another room ideal for lying down to watch TV or take a short nap.
In the adjoining house, you have a comfortable living room where you can get together as a family, and two bedrooms with two single beds, wardrobe, fan, and en-suite bathroom with shower. In the winter, you can stay here without any problems as both houses have oil central heating
The exteriors are unbeatable. Taking a dip in the salt pool while contemplating the panoramic views of the mountains will be a real pleasure. The pool measures 11 x 5 metres and is 1.10 to 1.80 metres deep. You are invited to sunbathe around the 12 sun loungers, or enjoy a Mediterranean breakfast or perhaps a delicious barbecue on the wooden table and benches. In the evening, you can choose between different porches and terraces to enjoy an al fresco drink.
This area of Colonia de Sant Pere is in a protected area, between cultivated fields, pine woods, coves and beaches, making it ideal for walks and enjoying the peace and quiet. However, in the centre of Colonia de Sant Pere you will find all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc, so that you will not lack anything during your holidays.
There is exterior parking for 5 cars and covered exterior space for 3 ones.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Tourist supplement: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from 1 April until October 31.
