The 203 m² suite features a spacious living area, cozy furnishings, and comforting warmth from the centrally located tiled stove. The expansive dining area with an open and fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine, Aarke carbonator, and water filter, adjoins the 60 square meter terrace with a magnificent view of the Lungau mountains. A 25 m² conservatory is also available for our guests.
This chalet apartment with 4 bedrooms offers ample space for up to 10 people.
The master bedroom with an en suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, and bidet) as well as an additional single bed is, like the other bedrooms, equipped with a 40" flat-screen TV and safe.
One of the 3 bedrooms contains a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a separate, modern shower room, while the guests of the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, and bidet.
The house features a wellness area with a sauna, hot tub, and relaxation zone, and each chalet apartment provides a bathrobe and sauna towel for each guest. Furthermore, there is a fitness area in the house equipped with a weight station, treadmill, speed bike, and rowing machine. There is also a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer available for guests.

Arrival by car:
A10 Tauern motorway heading south, exit at St. Michael im Lungau, then take B 99 north.
Arrival by train:
To Salzburg main station, to Bischofshofen or Radstadt station. The onward journey to your accommodation can then be made by bus or by a taxi service.

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT AND EARLY DEPARTURE
We have set several deadlines that are relevant for free cancellation or for withdrawal options with a cancellation fee:
No later than 3 months before the agreed arrival day of the guest, the contract can be dissolved by both parties without any fee.
No later than 2 months before the agreed arrival day, the contract can be unilaterally dissolved by either party, in which case, however, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged.
No later than 1 month before the agreed arrival day, the contract can be unilaterally dissolved by either party, in which case, however, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
No later than 1 week before the agreed arrival day, the contract can be unilaterally dissolved by either party, in which case, however, a cancellation fee of 90% will be charged.
If the guest does not arrive by 6:00 PM on the agreed arrival day and no later arrival time has been agreed upon, the accommodation establishment may withdraw from the contract. However, an exception exists if the guest has already made full payment. In this case, the rooms remain reserved until no later than 12:00 PM the following day.
The guest is also required to pay the fee in the event of non-utilization of the services provided by the accommodation establishment. However, the entrepreneur is obliged to make an effort to rent the property otherwise. A deduction will be made from the fee payable by the guest, which the accommodation establishment has saved due to the non-utilization. We foresee the following percentages regarding savings:
10% of the room price, etc. These are to be deducted from the agreed fee.
In the event of an early departure by the guest, we also foresee that the full agreed price can be demanded. Here too, the accommodation establishment is obliged to make an effort to rent the rooms that are no longer used. The savings that the entrepreneur gains through non-utilization are also to be deducted, with the above-mentioned percentages to be applied.
